Return and Exchange Policy
Boutique brands understands that Internet shopping is different to shopping the conventional way. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items received, Boutique Brands will happily exchange or refund the purchase price (Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by Boutique Brands).
Items need to be returned, at customer's expense, in original packaging with tags attached - and unworn and unwashed. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Boutique Brands will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.

Faulty Goods
In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Boutique Brands will happily exchange or refund your purchase (including postage costs) providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached – and is unworn and unwashed.
