Great care is taken to ensure your stationery arrives as perfectly as it left the studio. In the unlikely event that it is damaged, please contact me asap.
As all customised items are personal to each customer, they cannot be refunded or exchanged. In the unlikely event that there is a mistake at my end (I'm a stickler for detail and accuracy!) I'll happily replace your item immediately at no expense.
