We choose and create our products carefully to make sure that you get the best quality at the best price. However, please remember that most of our pieces sold are handmade. Although we inspect each piece before it is shipped, we are only human and we may have missed a flaw. In this case, send us a private message within 7 days from date of receipt of your order and allow us to make things right. If the defect is due to our own mistake, we will gladly refund the cost of the item excluding the shipping costs.
