Claudine & Ash aim to get your order to you as fast as possible and we will ensure each order is carefully and securely packed for transportation.
For all shipping within Australia, we use Express Post via Australia Post.
Deliveries are sent between Monday and Friday during normal business hours.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please include a daytime delivery address and contact details.
International orders are sent via Registered Airmail and typically take 7-15 business days for handling and shipping, between major cities, once payment is received.
Please provide a daytime delivery address (not a PO BOX) as well as appropriate contact information. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no-one available to accept the delivery.

seller' return policy
Refunds will only be available on goods that are evaluated by Claudine and Ash to be faulty. If you have simply changed your mind Claudine and Ash may offer an exchange provided the product is returned in it’s original, as new condition within 7-10 days of receipt of goods sent within Australia & 28 days if shipped Internationally. Shipping of goods for change of mind is at the customer’s expense.
Any item considered defective by the customer should be sent to the address provided by Claudine and Ash, for evaluation to determine whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Should any hardware (Zippers, Clips, D-rings etc) be faulty or damaged please notify us and we will replace the faulty or damaged item at our discretion. Please contact us on +61 431 378 939 before returning any product, you will then be advised of the return address.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment
We will email you once we have received and processed your return or exchange. Please allow 7-10 days from the time you have mailed your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances, your original form of payment will be refunded.
Refund and exchange procedure
• Contact Claudine and Ash within 7 -10 days of receipt of goods stating the reason for your return/exchange. Please contact us on +61 431 378 939
• Ship the merchandise to the address provided by Claudine and Ash, using a trackable shipping method. Merchandise must be shipped in original packaging with receipt.
• We will email you once the item is received. Once the item is inspected – depending on your request we will either provide a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 7-10 days from date of mail.
• If you have requested an exchange due to faulty items, the standard shipping fee will be waived on your order, after goods have been assessed by Claudine and Ash as defective.
