Australian Deliveries
Orders within Australia should arrive within 7 business days. Deliveries for Melbourne and Victoria will be well within this time.
International Deliveries
Overseas shipping times vary depending on the country. Arrival within 14 business days is a general indication.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient (you); we do not control nor can we predict these charges. It is important to us that you are happy with your KINGSVILLE Recycled Furnishings order. Please examine your purchase carefully upon receipt. We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund (less shipping costs). You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods by email and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You must pay the freight/postage for the item’s return and KINGSVILLE Recycled Furnishings will pay freight/postage on delivery of the replacement item to you. If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
Please understand that our products are made using recycled materials of varying qualities. We endeavor to use the best possible materials and methods to ensure you receive the best possible product. Should you consider an item to be damaged upon delivery please contact us as immediately to discuss its return and replacement.
