Each item I post is checked over to make sure it is sent off in perfect condition and packed so it is safe inside the packaging. If your item has arrived damaged please contact me within 10 days of item arriving to make arrangements on issuing a refund or a replacement.
I will not refund and/or exchange if you have ordered the wrong colour or simply have changed your mind in regards to the product. There are no refunds on custom orders.
