All Materialistic products are hand made in Australia and printing using eco-friendly textiles inks.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 business days of order placement depending on stock levels. Orders are shipped via Australia Post using your choice of Regular Parcel (approx. 3-5 days) or Express Post Parcel (1 day). Most single items cost $8.00 for Regular and $10.00 for Express Post. Combined items are more, with costs calculated on checkout.

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs.
You must notify us (use the ask a seller button) within seven days of receipt of merchandise and return products to us within 14 days to be eligible. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, undamaged and in original packaging with tags intact.
Please let us know by email stating merchandise details, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

We do are best to photograph the objects as they appear – however appearance and colour may differ slightly as variation between computer screens does occur.
Product manufacture*
Materialistic may be small but they have a big conscience and like to keep the manufacture* of all products in Sydney. Each piece is individually hand screen printed using non-toxic eco-friendly inks by Angie in her Sydney studio. As everything is done by hand (and not a machine) some variations may occur. After printing and curing (which heat seals the textile inks), products are then hand or machine sewn either by Angie herself, her Mum (Lorraine) or trusted independent sewing ladies in Sydney.
* = manufacture in the loosest sense of the word as all our products are limited runs and have a lovely textural hand made quality to them which adds to their appeal. This hands on personal approach ensures a high level of quality.
