All online orders received prior to 2pm AEST (Australia) between the days of Monday to Friday, are despatched on the same day. All orders received after 2pm AEST Monday to Friday including public holidays, are despatched the next business day.
Shipping Fees
No shipping fees apply within Australia and will be delivered by standard Aust Post delivery.
Where the client wishes to have thier order shipped Express, than the following fee applies;
Express Post is $9.99 and delivered within Australia in 1-3 days.
Shipping fees only apply for international delivery.
All deliveries are executed by 3rd party postal and courier services. Mr. cannot therefore be held responsible for delays. It is understood and agreed that under no circumstances you will be entitled to withdraw or modify the commitment made for the purchase of products from this web site once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery. If the delivery of the product has not occurred after 21 days from the indicative delivery date, than Mr. will affect a full refund, excluding shipping charges and applies to the price of the product(s) purchased only.
Customers located in regional Australia might experience a 1-2 day delay in delivery. A signature is required on delivery in which any person at the delivery location can sign for the shipment. You can assign either a residential, business or PO box address for delivery. You will be asked to pay a re-delivery fee should the delivery details be incorrect.
Deliveries made to a home address can be left without a signature, with your authorisation. Please request this service in the comments box during the checkout process and be sure to provide clear instructions on where you would like the parcel left. Mr. and its 3rd party agents do not take any responsibility or liability, should these goods become lost or stolen.

Should no one be present when Australia Post attempts delivery, they will leave your consignment note in a safe place, or leave a calling card and make the consignment available from collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet. Product Warranty
Mr. provides a 100% warranty on all of it’s products. Should for whatever reason, the integrity of the product that you have received be in question, or should it be faulty or broken; than Mr. would be pleased to provide you with a full replacement of the product(s) free of charge.

What happens if I don't like the products I ordered or if they are not what I expected?
It is important to note, that Mr. does not exchange or refund on ‘change of mind.’
However, should the product that you originally ordered online, not be the same product that was in fact delivered to you; than we would be pleased to replace the product with what you want and cover the shipping charges. The incorrect would need to be returned to Mr. within a 10 days from the receipt of goods date. As soon as the returned product is received, we will notify you to confirm and ship to you your correct order by express mail. What about if the product arrives broken or is faulty?
Mr. is pleased to replace your damaged or faulty product free of charge within 10 days of you receiving your order. Simply return your damaged product together with our Returns form and we can replace it for you free of charge by contacting Client Services on ph: 1300 136 744 or ClientServices@Mressentials.com during working hours 8:30am – 5:30pm (AEST).
As soon as we receive your enquiry, we can email you our Returns form that you will be required complete and return to us, together with your online receipt, invoice and damaged product(s). The form will also confirm the ‘Returns’ address for you to sned back.
