WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Ruby & Rose Interiors is based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland ~ and free delivery of your order can be arranged.
The majority of orders are sent via Australia Post registered mail, and collection is usually at your nearest Post Office. We are not able to adjust the delivery address once an order has left our premises.
If you require two different delivery addresses, you will need to place two separate orders ~ which will incur two separate postage fees.
You should receive your order within four to eight working days however it is often faster than this. Please note ~ if you are in a remote area, your delivery might take up to two weeks.
In the case of large boxes, e.g. clocks and furniture items a courier service will be utilised and your order will need to be processed manually to account for this.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you are an international customer, postage will be calculated depending on location and weight, so please contact us via the “ask the seller a question” button so that we can provide you with a quote for international postage. It should be noted that some countries have prohibited import restrictions, and as such we cannot send products appearing on these lists. Products manufactured from glass, wool, wood etc may be restricted and you should make contact with us prior to purchase.

All sales are final however we do want you to be happy with your purchase. Ruby & Rose Interiors takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. In the unfortunate event that a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please make contact via the “ask the seller a question” button to arrange for the product to be returned and a replacement to be sent. If the product is out of stock, we will refund your money. Faulty and damaged products must be returned within seven days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
If you change your mind, exchanging products is at the discretion of Ruby & Rose Interiors, and additional postage costs will apply. In this instance, products must be returned in their original, resalable condition, including the packaging and you will also need to include a copy of your receipt. Your return will be credited using the same method of payment, but excluding the incurred postage charges.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Ruby & Rose Interiors via the “ask the seller a question” button immediately. Once payment of an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Ruby & Rose Interiors.
