Your order will be shipped using Australia Post's registered post service and you will be issued with a tracking number via email once your goods have been dispatched for delivery.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postal address is provided. There is no refund for lost or stolen packages, or packages not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address.

Stella Nemiro does not offer change of mind returns, but is happy to refund or replace faulty items.
If the items received are faulty you may return them in accordance with the following process:
You must notify Stella Nemiro within 7 days of accepting delivery in writing stating the reasons for your return in order to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
You must arrange for the return of the goods within seven days after such notification.
Any item returned without RA number will be returned to the sender via the cheapest shipping method.
For your returns to be accepted you must provide proof of purchase. The goods must arrive in the same condition as they were sent. This includes the original packaging, tags being still intact, items not being worn or altered.
If the requirements are not satisfied, Stella Nemiro reserves the right to refuse to accept a return.
Exchange:
Exchanges can be arranged provided notification is given to us within 7 days of accepting delivery.
Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender via the cheapest shipping method.
You must arrange for the return of the goods within seven days after such notification.
