All orders are sent via registered regular mail with Australia Post. We aim to send orders within 2 working days of payment. Items will not be sent on weekends or public holidays. Please note items generally arrive 2-5 days from postage date, depending on where they are going, however we cannot be held accountable for postal delays.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Items are handmade from pre-loved vinyl records, therefore slight irregularities sometimes occur, we think this adds to the beauty of the products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the goods to us in their original boxed, unused, undamaged condition within 7 days, with a print out of the invoice/receipt to receive a refund or exchange (minus postage).
For all returns you will be responsible for payment and organisation of the return of the goods back to Vinyl Cuts. When returning items we strongly suggest that you receive proof of postage, eg. registered mail, so that items can be tracked.
Any goods being returned lost in transit, returned in less than perfect condition or incomplete, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Items are made from vinyl records which is plastic therefore care needs to be taken, as with any plastic. Any goods that have been damaged by misuse will not be refunded or exchanged.
Should you require an exchange (for change of mind), you will incur addition postal charges to resend the new goods.
Refunds will be made via the same method as original payment.
